The 10-Day Notion Build
You have had the session. You know what the workspace should look like. I build it, migrate what already exists, and hand it over working.
Start the build →Your workspace, built and handed over in ten days.
The structure, the databases, the views and the automations, shaped around how you actually work rather than a template you have to bend.
What already exists in Docs, Sheets, Trello, email or a half-built Notion, migrated rather than abandoned. Plus a written access model.
Nothing. If it is not working on day 10, you pay nothing and you keep the workspace anyway.
The gap is not knowledge
You already had the session. You left knowing what to build. Then the week happened, and the workspace is still a good intention.
- The template did not survive contact with your business. It arrived generic, and customising it properly takes longer than you can spare.
- The work is still spread across four tools. Drafts in one place, the schedule in another, decisions in a chat thread nobody can search.
- Nobody owns it. A workspace half-built by three people is worse than no workspace, because now there are two sources of truth.
- Nobody can see what they should. Either everything is open, or people are blocked and ask you instead.
How the ten days run
One call from you at the start, one at the end. Everything between those two is mine.
One 45-minute call, then I stop asking
We go through how the work actually moves through your business, what exists today and where it lives. I write the structure down and send it to you before I build it, so nothing is a surprise on day ten.
The workspace, made
- Architecture built to how you work. Databases, relations and rollups so a number is entered once and appears everywhere it matters.
- Migration of what already exists. Docs, Sheets, Trello, email, or the Notion you started and abandoned. Moved deliberately, not dumped.
- The views each person needs. Yours, your team's, and a clean one for anyone outside the business.
- Automations for the repeating work. Buttons, templates and recurring tasks, so the system does the admin instead of you.
- A written access model. Who sees what, decided on purpose and documented, rather than everyone seeing everything by accident.
Yours to run without me
- A live walkthrough, recorded, so anyone who joins later can watch it.
- A configuration checklist so you can change the workspace as the business changes, without calling me.
- Thirty days of support after handover, for the questions that only appear once real work is running through it.
What the build contains
Priced as if each part were bought on its own, which is the honest way to see what $2,500 is buying.

What you are risking
One guarantee, unconditional, in writing before you pay anything.
Working in 10 days, or it's free
Ten working days from the day I get workspace access. If your structure is not live and running with your own records, you pay nothing, and you keep everything I built anyway.
No change orders
The scope is written down on day two and I hold to it. The price does not move, and nothing gets re-quoted halfway through.
No conditions attached. No requirement to prove you tried, no deduction for work already done. The only way you lose money here is if I fail to deliver, and in that case you don't.
Why me
We have already met
You sat through a session with me. You know how I explain things and whether I understood your business. That is a decision you have already made.

Questions
I already started building. Is that wasted?
No. Half-built workspaces are the normal starting point. What you have gets assessed, and whatever is worth keeping is kept and connected properly rather than rebuilt for the sake of it.
What if I do not know exactly what I want?
That is what days one and two are for. You describe how the work moves, I decide the structure. Deciding what your business actually needs is the part you are paying for.
How is this different from the session I already had?
The session was thirty minutes of me telling you what to build. This is ten days of me building it. The gap between those two is the reason your workspace is not finished.
Can my team use it without training?
They get a recorded walkthrough and one live session. If someone still cannot run it after that, the thirty days of support covers it.
Do you need access to sensitive data?
No. The structure is built and tested on a handful of non-sensitive records. Confidentiality levels and access rules are set before anything sensitive moves in.
What if ten days is not enough for my business?
Then I tell you on the call rather than after you have paid. If your workspace is a 30-person operation with multiple entities, that is a different engagement and I will say so.
